What you will do

• Lead agile processes across a grouping of Product Agile Teams operating with various Agile processes.
• Manage and facilitate cross-functional team coordination to support development and product market releases.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to understand and shape portfolio programs and report metrics.
• Facilitate program-level Scrum of Scrums and retrospectives.
• Protect the Product and aggressively remove impediments blocking progress.

Requirements

• Three plus years program management experience with financial and business impacts in an IT environment.
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar responsibilities on Agile teams.
• 3+ years experience implementing and working with Lean, Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile or other similar agile methodologies.
• Jira experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
• We don´t provide visa support, the employee has to have a permanent residence in the Czech republic.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Discovery.
• Agile Certifications: SAFe, PMI, Scrum.org, etc…
• RTE Certification.
• Scrum Master.
• High volume payment transaction processing environments and products.
