What you will do

• Analyze extensive data sets to extract valuable insights.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational data science, ETL, reporting, and analytics.
• Formulate and manage data-driven projects to advance business interests.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions based on data insights and communicate findings.
• Guide and support less experienced team members.
• Take charge of end-to-end data science initiatives and communicate impactful insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with commensurate work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of different programming languages, machine learning algorithms, and big data tools.
• Expertise in applying advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Fabric and Power BI.
• Proficiency in using advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets.
• Must work in office 3 days per week in Belgrade, Serbia.
