What you will do

• Deliver best-in-industry models for detection of subrogation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive the development of new models and features.
• Collaborate with data engineering and software engineering teams to ensure a smooth flow of data across teams and APIs.
• Mentor junior ML engineers to form a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle: development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in experiment design and model valuation.
• Expertise with ML system design, model deployment, and production ML systems.
• Experience in engineering production-grade GenAI features with robust validation, sanity checks, and structured outputs.
• Proficiency with AWS stack related to ML (e.g. Sagemaker, Lambda, Stepfunctions, IAM).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and best practices (CICD, Test-Driven Development, Infrastructure as Code).
