What you will do

• Lead in defining and documenting insurance product, workflow, and data requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Participate in end-to-end requirements, design, implementation, testing, and production change initiatives.
• Break down business requirements into manageable increments for Agile projects.
• Contribute to and review technical specifications for new and existing data solutions.
• Hold vendors accountable for complex solution designs and integration with existing systems.
• Provide production user support, training, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SDLC/System implementation, vendor relationship management, and Agile frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, with lead experience in at least 2 large system implementations.
• Previous configuration experience in an ERP type system, particularly CRM MS Dynamics.
• Previous working experience in the Insurance sector, preferably Commercial Lines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to establish working relationships with various stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable working and leading both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and Business System Administrator Configuration.
• Bilingualism and Financial Industry experience.
• Educated to degree level in Maths, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
