Junior Business Assistant (Family Office) 🔥🔥🔥

About the Role📌

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Assistant to support operational, administrative, and coordination tasks of a private Family Office in Cyprus. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, communication with service providers, travel coordination, and personal/business support for the family.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working closely with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities📌

Business & Operations Support
• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities of the Family Office.
• Manage communication and follow-ups with external service providers (legal, corporate, brokers, aviation, etc.).
• Maintain document flow: contracts, correspondence, company registries, and reports.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables from outsourced teams.

Travel, Logistics & Personal Coordination
• Organize business and personal travel: flights (commercial and private), accommodation, itineraries.
• Coordinate logistics related to the family’s infrastructure and daily-life needs in Cyprus.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and special operational projects.

Communication & Reporting
• Act as a primary point of contact for local partners, vendors, and authorities.
• Liaise with legal, corporate, and financial advisors in Cyprus and internationally.
• Prepare summaries, briefings, and status updates for the principal.

Requirements📌

Hard Skills
• Fluent English — required.
• Russian, Ukrainian, or Greek — strong advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Confident user of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and task management tools.

Soft Skills
• High level of responsibility and self-discipline.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible.

Education & Experience
• Degree in business, administration, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience as a business assistant, operations coordinator, or office manager is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Cyprus-based companies or service providers is beneficial.

Working Conditions📌
• Official employment in Cyprus; office available.
• First 3–4 months — primarily office-based for onboarding.
• Later — hybrid / partial remote format possible.
