About the role
We’re looking for a confident and professional AMA host to lead Twitter (X) Spaces for our crypto and Web3 projects. You’ll run live sessions with founders and team members, guide discussions around the product, token utility, roadmap, and technical architecture, and keep the Space engaging, structured, and high-quality.

Responsibilities
▫️Host and moderate live Twitter (X) Spaces (AMAs) ( from 30 min to 1 hour)
▫️Lead discussions on product vision, tokenomics, utility, roadmap, and technical implementation
▫️Deeply understand the project’s tech stack, architecture, and core mechanics
▫️Ask precise, technically informed questions and translate complex concepts into clear language for the audience
▫️Prepare talking points and a structured flow for each AMA
▫️Manage audience Q&A, including technical questions
▫️Maintain a professional, credible, and calm tone
▫️Coordinate with the team before and during the Space

Requirements
▫️Proven experience hosting or moderating Twitter (X) Spaces in crypto/Web3
▫️Strong technical understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, tokens, and Web3 infrastructure
▫️Ability to quickly dive deep into a project’s technical documentation
▫️Clear, confident spoken English
▫️Strong moderation and communication skills
▫️Ability to keep discussions informative without hype or fluff

Nice to have
▫️Technical background (developer, engineer, or technical PM)
▫️Existing crypto/Web3 audience on X
▫️Experience hosting AMAs for early-stage or launch-phase projects

Working conditions:
▫️Compensation - $100 per AMA Paid per completed Space
▫️Remote
▫️Per-session / part-time

▪️YouTube SMM Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and creative YouTube SMM Manager to grow and manage our YouTube channel, with a strong focus on YouTube Shorts and future expansion into long-form videos.

Responsibilities
▫️Develop content ideas and formats for YouTube Shorts (daily posting)
▫️Plan and prepare content for future long-form YouTube videos
▫️Coordinate with video editors:
▫️Write briefs
▫️Give clear feedback
▫️Ensure timely delivery of videos
▫️Upload and publish videos on a daily basis
▫️Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags for reach and engagement
▫️Track basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) and adjust content strategy accordingly
▫️Stay up to date with YouTube trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Requirements
▫️Proven experience managing YouTube channels or short-form video content
▫️Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts mechanics and trends
▫️Ability to consistently generate content ideas
▫️Experience working with video editors and managing workflows
▫️Basic understanding of YouTube analytics and optimization
▫️Good written English for titles, descriptions, and briefs
▫️Organized, responsible, and able to work independently

Nice to Have
▫️Experience growing channels from zero
▫️Understanding of viral short-form content dynamics
▫️Experience with other short-video platforms (TikTok, Reels)

Working conditions:
▫️Compensation - $300 / month
