Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

📍 Berlin, Hybrid
Lingoda is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale a global EdTech company transforming lives through language education. If you’re passionate about attracting great talent, elevating hiring processes, and shaping a strong employer brand — this role puts you at the heart of Lingoda’s growth.
Lingoda teaches over 800,000 classes a year, powered by 2,400 teachers and a unique learning model. As the company expands across B2C and the fast-growing B2B healthcare sector, Talent Acquisition plays a key role in building the team that delivers this mission.
What you’ll do
— Own the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple verticals, hiring globally for both business and tech roles
— Act as a trusted talent consultant to stakeholders and HRBPs, shaping hiring needs and advising on best interview practices
— Improve employer branding and ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience with Lingoda
— Build and deliver training to sharpen interview skills across the company
— Challenge existing processes and bring innovation into sourcing, hiring, and talent attraction
— Find creative ways to identify and attract top-tier candidates to Lingoda
What you bring
— 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the German market
— Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles up to Head level
— Strong understanding of interviewing methods and ability to adapt processes
— People-first mindset with strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
— Ability to work independently while staying strongly connected to the team
— Excellent communication and organizational skills
— Fluency in English & German (C1 level required)
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
