Talent Acquisition Specialist Rounds
📍 Kfar Saba, Israel (Hybrid)
Rounds is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about people, creative in sourcing, and excited to help scale a global tech company.
What you’ll do
— Lead end-to-end global hiring: role definition, sourcing, screening, interviews, analytics
— Source candidates through networking, headhunting, and advanced sourcing tools
— Innovate and improve sourcing channels and recruiting techniques
— Build hiring strategies tailored to each role and business need
— Partner closely with hiring managers to design and run a smooth process
— Build genuine long-term relationships with candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
What you bring
— Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal)
— 3+ years of experience as a sourcing specialist, hiring across multiple geographies
— Proven global recruitment experience (MUST)
— Ability to manage several roles simultaneously
— Organized, independent, proactive, and a real team player
— Experience with HiBob or Comeet is a strong advantage
— Willingness to support additional HR admin tasks
