Location: This role is based with the hirify.global Singapore AI Efficiency Team, with full relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Drive the team’s annual planning and OKR process to align priorities and secure budgets.
• Own the team’s JIRA setup, hygiene, reporting structures, and backlog organization.
• Run lightweight team and development rituals that sustain momentum.
• Drive the Software Product Development lifecycle from idea to PoC to production and live support.
• Manage multiple internal products as programs, aligning roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Anticipate cross-team dependencies and risks proactively, clearing roadblocks early.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technical product management, or closely related roles in complex software environments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to connect day-to-day execution with the bigger picture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously, ideally grouped and operated as programs.
• Strong dependency and stakeholder management skills across teams, functions, and geographies.
• Comfortable in deep technical discussions with senior engineers, technical artists, architects, and data scientists working in fast-moving AI spaces.
• Demonstrated track record of shepherding products from idea to production and long-term support.

Nice to have

• Experience in AAA game development and/or internal tools for large creative or game organizations.
• Familiarity with game engine/editor integrations (e.g. Unreal).
• Experience with modern full-stack web development and deployment.
• Exposure to MLOps, DevOps/SRE, CI/CD, observability, and AI platform ecosystems.
