• Develop and lead comprehensive, long-term content strategies across marketing and social channels.
• Coordinate the creative output of content teams for high quality and consistency.
• Act as the voice of the player, using insights and data to build content and product roadmaps, and stay ahead of platform trends.
• Define important metrics, track performance, and optimize strategies to demonstrate content efficiency.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-functioning, cross-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with game development, publishing, marketing, and product teams for coordinated content efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content leadership or strategy roles within gaming, entertainment, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, communities, genres, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools to inform decision-making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence collaborators.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Gdansk, Poland, on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
