Location: Based in San Francisco / Bay Area, able to work at least 2 days a week from the office.

Salary: $210,000 - $245,000 annually

What you will do

• Advance the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with new capabilities and integrations for AI agents.
• Build and ship agentic developer tools, including hirify.global apps, studios, and frontend code generation.
• Design and run evaluation suites (Braintrust) for prompt and model changes, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Develop rich React interfaces (MCP apps) leveraging the ChatGPT Apps SDK.
• Work across the full stack, from backend microservices to frontend React components, applying prompt engineering expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to iterate quickly on AI features.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco / Bay Area and able to work at least 2 days a week from the office.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for fullstack development.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered code to production using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vercel AI SDKs.
• Active experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) in your workflow, ideally having built one.
• Deep understanding of the current AI landscape (e.g., Claude Opus 4.5, Gemini 3, GPT-5.2) and related developer tools.
• Proven prompt intuition and clear communication skills.
