What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end GTM performance, including regional strategy, pipeline generation, ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
• Translate company-level growth objectives into clear local plans and ensure consistent overperformance through strong operating cadence.
• Lead AI-driven growth by making hirify.global’s AI Product Suite a central pillar of the local GTM motion and identifying new expansion levers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to influence roadmap priorities, drive demand generation, and scale strategic alliances.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional GTM teams, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability, and attracting top talent.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership experience in a high-growth context.
• Ability to combine strategic clarity with operational rigor and a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
• Strong track record of building high-performing teams and consistently delivering results.
• Experience in driving pipeline generation, sales, and account management.
• Proficiency in translating company-level growth objectives into local execution plans.
• Experience integrating AI products and selling AI-driven value into GTM strategies.
