What you will do

• Build engaging internal learning programs blending micro-learning, storytelling, and digital resources.
• Operationalize AI-first workflows by creating bots, agents, and automated processes for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate program delivery, including logistics, communications, and participant engagement.
• Measure and iterate on program design using data and learner insights.
• Develop scalable learning assets like templates, visuals, and Notion pages.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and digital transformation in the workplace.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation design skills.
• Comfort with general tools.
• Bias for action: you love building, testing, and iterating quickly.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Paris.
