TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week from the Helsinki office.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles, and support Commercial and G&A hiring when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the global people team to build high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience from first outreach to offer stage.
  • Actively source for roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced talent pipelines.
  • Identify top talent and continuously refine and optimize interview processes.
  • Train teams to become better in recruiting, ensuring the quality of hires.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with high-volume experience supporting mid to senior-level technical roles.
  • Extensive hands-on sourcing experience across various seniority levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness and availability to work from our Helsinki office three days a week.
