Location: Hybrid or remote within Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw).

Salary: 11000–19800 PLN/month Gross

What you will do

• Design, execute, and automate E2E tests.
• Improve and extend existing test frameworks.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate application functionalities.
• Establish a quality improvement strategy and take ownership of quality assurance efforts.
• Implement solution recipes and frameworks for test automation, infrastructure monitoring, and release engineering.
• Maintain and evolve testing policies and standards.

Requirements

• Experience with both frontend and backend testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation and knowledge of modern testing frameworks like Playwright.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Familiarity with testing theory and methodologies.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven or low-code/no-code testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with test impact analysis, self-healing, and ML-based defect prediction.
• Understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., k6, work).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows, containers, and virtualized environments.
