What you will do

• Provide deal desk support and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance teams to guide deals from lead to close
• Maintain Salesforce system health by triaging user issues, performing audits, and managing security and data integrity
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and automations (flows)
• Enable user adoption through training, communications, and leveraging Salesforce releases
• Apply best practices and conduct testing to ensure robust and scalable Salesforce solutions
• Drive alignment on vision and strategy to engage and empower commercial teams

Requirements

• Must have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with deep Sales Cloud knowledge
• Current Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent knowledge
• Strong communication skills and partnership mindset to support commercial teams
• Location: Hybrid work in Leeds, UK with in-office days as per team

Nice to have

• Deal Desk experience
• Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations
• Experience in Fintech or SaaS environments
