Sr. HR Business Partner — Global Ops PXT

📍 Luxemburg | Hybrid + up to 30% travel
Amazon is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Global Operations People Experience & Technology (PXT) organization. This is a high-impact, strategic HR4HR role partnering closely with senior leaders across Amazon’s global operations.
What you’ll do
— Partner with Director-level leaders to translate business goals into people strategies
— Coach executive stakeholders and influence org design, workforce planning and OD initiatives
— Own key PXT talent cycles: performance, compensation, succession planning, leadership development
— Analyze HR + operational data to identify trends, risks and deliver actionable insights
— Build mechanisms that strengthen organizational health and scale globally
— Partner with COEs (Talent, Analytics, IXT) to deliver systemic and scalable programs
— Support escalation reviews and guide HR teams on judgement in complex cases
— Navigate ambiguity while building structured, repeatable HR mechanisms
What you bring
— 5+ years in HRBP or HR leadership roles supporting senior leaders
— Strong project/program management experience in a matrixed environment
— Ability to influence at executive level and operate with high judgement
— Experience turning data into narratives and recommendations
— Excellent written and verbal English (C2)
— Experience with large-scale orgs, operations HR or global HR (preferred)
— Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous environment
Nice to have
— Master’s in HR / Organizational Psychology / Business
— Experience developing high-performing HR teams
— Background in continuous improvement, automation or scalable HR systems
— Strong analytical capabilities and ability to build data-driven solutions
