Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely close of reporting periods (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Prepare detailed monthly management reporting packages.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Calculate corporate income tax and VAT; prepare and submit related tax filings.
• Preparation, review, and analysis of IFRS financial statements.
• Manage payroll processing and preparation of related documentation.
• Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes within established deadlines.
• Lead month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong expertise and hands-on experience with IFRS.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; prior experience in a bank or investment company is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
• English proficiency at C1 level.
