What you will do

• Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow-based consulting initiatives.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions to various audiences.
• Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Administration.
• ServiceNow CIS ITSM.
• ServiceNow CIS ITOM or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration.
• Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management.
• Ability to mentor/lead junior team members.
