TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Fintech): Provide L2 technical support, troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues, and manage incidents for fintech products with an accent on cloud technologies and root cause analysis. Focus on collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve support workflows and product quality.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and debug software and infrastructure issues raised by end-users.
  • Verify and document bugs for tracking and escalation.
  • Manage incidents including communication with stakeholders and coordination with development teams.
  • Become an expert in hirify.global’s products and collaborate on support workflows and monitoring plans.
  • Work with vendors to resolve service events and collaborate on process enhancements and code reviews.
  • Analyze product feedback and report feature gaps with product teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil with hybrid work arrangement.
  • Experience providing L2 support in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proficient problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud and Linux administration.
  • Strong desire to identify and resolve root causes collaboratively.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Software development experience with Python or Go.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration.
  • Knowledge of frontend languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Firestore data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
