What you will do
- Troubleshoot and debug software and infrastructure issues raised by end-users.
- Verify and document bugs for tracking and escalation.
- Manage incidents, including communication with stakeholders and coordination with development teams.
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s products.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
- Work with trusted vendors to solve service events and with product teams to analyze feedback and report feature gaps.
Requirements
- Experience providing L2 support in a tech-driven business environment.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud or Google Cloud and Linux administration.
- A strong desire to identify and resolve root causes, systematically preventing issues from recurring.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Software development experience with Python or Go.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration.
- Understanding of common frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ability to use tooling to manipulate data in PostgreSQL, Firestore.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
