What you will do

• Build Treasury and ALM frameworks from the ground up in a fast-growing fintech environment
• Design and implement liquidity cash-flow models and ALM cash-flow projections across Debit Cards, deposits, and Credit Cards
• Establish robust liquidity management including forecasting, internal limits, and stress-testing scenarios
• Design and roll out an end-to-end Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework integrated into product pricing and profitability
• Create ALCO materials, metrics, and decision frameworks translating model outputs into balance-sheet actions
• Build reliable data foundations using Excel and SQL and support future ALM systems implementation

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years experience in Treasury, ALM, or Market Risk within regulated banks or fintechs
• Strong English proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Debit Cards, deposits, and Credit Cards including customer behavior and unit economics
• Proven experience building liquidity and ALM cash-flow models and running stress scenarios
• Experience designing and implementing Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) frameworks
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills

Nice to have

• Experience building Treasury or ALM functions from scratch
• Exposure to excess liquidity investment frameworks
• Experience in fast-growing fintech or early-stage financial institutions
• Spanish language skills
