What you will do

• Own and lead manual testing of complex features across multiple environments
• Drive exploratory and regression testing using structured documentation and product knowledge
• Identify, log, and track reproducible issues with precision using bug tracking tools like Jira
• Analyze production logs and real-user behavior to proactively identify quality gaps
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing tools into QA workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD test coverage

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Shanghai, China
• More than 5 years experience in QA with strong manual testing skills
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems (Jira), version control (Git), and API testing tools (Postman)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and performance/load testing

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated testing
• Understanding of backend technologies and PHP
• Experience working in Linux environments and Bash scripting
• Hands-on with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Testim, or Mabl in QA context
