What you will do
- Implement new front-end and back-end functionality for the content platform and related services.
- Own features end to end, from technical design and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability.
- Ensure high standards for accessibility (WCAG), performance (Core Web Vitals), and SEO.
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing feedback and learning from peers.
- Collaborate transparently with product owners and cross-functional teams to solve real user problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend-heavy Software Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade backend frameworks (e.g. Symfony/Laravel (PHP) or Spring Boot (Java)).
- Strong proficiency in modern PHP, TypeScript and/or Java, with emphasis on strong typing and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred; MySQL acceptable).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, including versioning, error handling, and documentation.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern meta-frameworks such as Astro, Nuxt, or Next.js (SSR/SSG, islands architecture).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, or similar), and web performance optimization.
- Background in fintech or content-driven platforms, or strong interest in learning the domain.
