What you will do

• Improve high availability of Dockerized microservices to ensure platform stability.
• Launch and manage Kubernetes services to scale global operations.
• Develop and operate infrastructure using Terraform and promote automation practices like GitOps.
• Manage deployment lifecycles and improve CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain monitoring tools for logging, performance, uptime, and tracing.
• Optimize database performance and manage backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for tooling, support, and incident recovery.
• Contribute to IT security best practices and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Casablanca, Morocco for hybrid work.
• 4+ years experience in software engineering or DevOps in agile environments.
• 2+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Git, AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal right to work in Morocco required; no relocation assistance provided.
