What you will do

• Serve as the primary expert in ERP systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams such as accounting and finance.
• Conduct analyses and provide recommendations to improve system efficiency and functionality.
• Share knowledge to strengthen team technical competencies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and ERP system trends.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of ERP systems experience and minimum 1 year with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with ERP configuration, integration, and development.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting domains related to ERP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., enova365, ADP) or CPM solutions (e.g., Cognos, Tagetik) is a plus.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
