What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute software distribution and update campaigns across enterprise environments, including ATM networks.
• Utilize various enterprise software and content deployment tools and be ready to quickly adopt new solutions.
• Own and ensure software compliance across the managed environment.
• Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot distribution failures, and optimize processes for reliability and efficiency.
• Generate detailed reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT support teams and internal stakeholders to define deployment objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience in IT support, ideally in the ATM or financial services industry.
• Understanding of software deployment lifecycles, ITIL processes, and change management procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Shifts: Rotational (24/7 support)
