What you will do
- Process and validate vulnerability findings from tools like Nessus and Microsoft Defender
- Create and update tickets with correct priority, details, and remediation owners in Jira
- Support system and application owners with clear explanations and references
- Monitor remediation progress, follow up on overdue items, and escalate when needed
- Ensure risk acceptance and audit evidence are captured and organized
- Prepare regular status updates and simple support reports
Requirements
- Must be based in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, or Warsaw
- Experience in IT support, cybersecurity support, or IT operations support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and structured workflows
- Good understanding of vulnerabilities and their tracking in enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
