What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for entry/junior QA specialist roles.
• Review applications and conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
• Prepare job offers and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Participate in external events and career fairs to build candidate pipelines.
• Explore additional candidate sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tashkent with familiarity of the local market
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Initial recruitment experience with good communication and relationship skills.
• Fluent in Russian and good command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with volume hiring for entry-level roles.
• Recruitment experience in IT companies or agencies (1+ year).
• Experience organizing assessment centers or interviewing events.
• Experience working with educational institutions to grow candidate pipelines.
