What you will do
- Analyze and process technical support requests from all customer segments.
- Respond to issues via self-service cases, live chat, phone, and video.
- Prioritize and escalate cases to engineers when necessary.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base improvements.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure a superior support experience.
Requirements
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge in databases, programming, and network technology.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications.
- Proven experience in customer-facing support roles.
Nice to have
- Experience with QA/automation testing tools.
- Spanish language skills.
