TL;DR

Support Representative: Providing technical support for hirify.global Tosca product with an accent on customer communication and issue resolution. Focus on managing support requests, prioritizing cases, and collaborating to improve customer experience.

Location: Hybrid role in Cork, Ireland (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Analyze and process technical support requests from all customer segments.
  • Respond to issues via self-service cases, live chat, phone, and video.
  • Prioritize and escalate cases to engineers when necessary.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base improvements.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure a superior support experience.

Requirements

  • English fluency is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge in databases, programming, and network technology.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software applications.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing support roles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with QA/automation testing tools.
  • Spanish language skills.
