What you will do

• Design and deliver technical enablement programs for internal technical roles.
• Deliver classroom training and certification programs, creating new content like videos, workshops, and presentations.
• Stay up to date with the latest Veeam products and underlying technologies.
• Share best practices and expertise across the technical community.
• Define measurements and metrics, reporting on business impact to leadership.
• Implement new delivery methods and techniques to engage audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years delivering technical training and 5+ years in curriculum development.
• Strong cross-functional project management and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or computer science.
• Strong technical proficiency in data protection technologies, virtualization, compute, networking, and storage.
• Good understanding of cloud computing and ability to write scripts.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a global team.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of your time, including some international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical pre-sales, post-sales, or operations.
• Understanding of data protection industry.
• Experience with hyperscalers (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Articulate Rise 360 or similar tools.
• Fluency in English.
