What you will do

• Provide legal advice on regulatory areas including data protection, cybersecurity, AI, and marketing regulations.
• Support data and product teams during design, development, and go-to-market phases.
• Advise on GDPR, Bribery Act, financial services, ESG, sanctions, AML, and competition law compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial legal teams to manage data flows, risk assessments, and contracts.
• Track and communicate relevant legislation and enforcement actions.
• Champion the Regulatory, Compliance and Ethics program across Northern Europe.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Finland.
• Master's degree in Law from a Finnish university.
• Minimum 5 years legal experience, preferably in-house, with data protection and compliance focus.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to translate legal requirements into operational controls.
• Experience with ethical decision-making and compliance culture support.
