• Lead design execution and creative vision in equal partnership with diverse teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build upon great ideas through making.
• Help shape the strategic vision for design that pushes brand boundaries.
• Give and solicit feedback from a wide range of teammates and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies.
• Experience working on a variety of experimental projects, demonstrating expertise in design, creative technology, typography, and art direction.
• Strong track record independently delivering work and influencing other designers, contractors, and agencies.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Exceptional craft.

Nice to have

• Genuine curiosity, ambition, and creativity with a refreshing sense of design and impeccable typography skills.
• Experience in creative coding or a creative technologist background.
