What you will do

• Plan and lead projects from scoping to closure and handover to process owners.
• Develop and document new or existing processes in the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D.
• Manage project budgets, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
• Report project progress and risks to the Steering Committee.
• Support project portfolio planning and share best practices with other project managers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Qingdao, China
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Management Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of project management experience with cross-functional improvement projects.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and Jira.
• English: Fluent oral and written communication skills required

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Experience with business process mapping and BPMN.
• Ability to analyze data using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
