What you will do

• Establish a clear vision and mission for the Data Analytics Team and create actionable plans.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong collaborative relationships across departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and stakeholder workflows using data-driven insights.
• Drive the team's technical development, integrating innovative ideas, tools, and advanced analytics including ML and LLMs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and people development experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Practical understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy), strong SQL skills, and confidence working with large datasets.
• Technical fluency with the team’s stack, which includes Python, SQL, PySpark, S3, Airflow, Databricks, Grafana, GitHub, and product APIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen to connect insights to business outcomes.
• Ability to drive execution and prioritization, delivering high-quality work and removing blockers.
