What you will do

• Manage internal audit and risk management activities, ensuring compliance with methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, organize, and conduct internal audits.
• Participate in internal audit planning and share insights with Directors and Senior Management.
• Deliver high-quality, commercially focused reports with clear recommendations and timelines for improvement.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including first-line and second-line assurance functions.
• Undertake risk management workshops and maintain the Group’s business risk register.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management, and/or an internal audit function, ideally in iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, or e-commerce.
• Profound understanding of accounting, controlling, management systems, processes, data analysis, and analytical reviews.
• Excellent business and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills for stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German for communicating with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English for internal company communication.
