What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated, data-driven paid media strategies.
- Oversee the management of large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns across diverse platforms.
- Champion advanced optimization techniques, including A/B testing and predictive analytics, to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify key trends, and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta) and leverage their expertise.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, platforms, and strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns at scale.
- Deep expertise in paid search, social, and display advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
