What you will do
- Create videos and visual content using internal and third-party AI tools across multiple genres and formats.
- Build scalable AI video production workflows from concept to content in lightspeed.
- A/B test visual styles, formats, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement.
- Stay ahead of visual trends across social media platforms.
- Build comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration.
- Manage partner creators and maintain artistic oversight to ensure brand standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes, systems, and output quality.
Requirements
- Extensive portfolio of AI-generated content across diverse visual styles and formats.
- Expert-level proficiency with AI video tools as well as traditional production software.
- Good knowledge of platform-specific optimization and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing creative workflows and production pipelines.
- Communication skills to enable collaboration across production, marketing, and engineering.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
