Embedded Software Developer (C/C++)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Krakow, Poland (at least 3 days a week on-site required)

What you will do

• Design and implement complex features from concept to production, contributing to architectural discussions.
• Design modular software components aligning with the platform vision.
• Write efficient, maintainable code and drive test automation.
• Investigate and resolve difficult system-level issues to ensure product reliability.
• Work autonomously within a global team, supporting developers through code reviews and technical advice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and prototype new ideas to enhance functionality or efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and hardware/software constraints.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS, Twister test framework, and ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V architectures.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Krakow office at least 3 days a week.
