Location: On-site in Krakow, Poland, at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Define software architecture and make critical design choices for firmware platform ensuring modularity and scalability
• Solve complex bugs and integration issues in embedded code
• Mentor and guide other engineers to maintain high code quality and best practices
• Lead technical studies and proof of concepts to drive innovation

Requirements

• 7+ years of embedded software engineering experience
• Expertise in C and C++ for embedded systems
• Deep understanding of system architecture and hardware/software integration
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and Twister test framework
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Krakow at least 3 days per week

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
