What you will do

• Analyze product context and translate user needs into clear, measurable goals.
• Guard the quality, creative ambition, and usability of each project.
• Determine when to bring in the right expertise or technology.
• Help shape a product where all the moving parts come together seamlessly.
• Participate in co-creation sessions with clients and engage in deep design and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer at a digital agency.
• Experience in interaction design, experience design, graphic design, branding, marketing, or learning & development.
• Confidence working across the full design process: from early research, journey mapping, and concepting to wireframes, development, testing, and delivery.
• Experience designing for experiential or interactive products.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English at a good professional level.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing bespoke software or learning solutions.
