What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and libraries for UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts and manage test data and environments.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency using metrics and tooling.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new automation technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Bucharest, Romania
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript and experience with automation frameworks like Robot, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience with API testing (RESTful/SOAP) and tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Newman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
• 5 years of experience in automation systems and infrastructure; 3 years in software testing or product maintenance.
• Understanding of payment industry business and operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
