What you will do
- Act as a trusted People Practices advisor to leaders, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and use workforce data to inform decisions.
- Coach leaders on change leadership, decision-making, and people risk management.
- Enable high-performing teams through performance management, goal setting, and feedback.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws.
- Support culture, diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia (Sydney) and able to work on-site with hybrid arrangements.
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources, including senior HR Business Partner roles.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; postgraduate HR qualifications desirable.
- Experience in software, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders and operate strategically and operationally in fast-changing environments.
