• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and enhance the Recognition and Rewards platform using AWS services and MongoDB.
• Leverage Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to deliver rapid feature iterations.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Build and productionize scalable, tolerant systems with operational ownership.
• Use data to answer business questions and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years as a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack web development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, React, MongoDB, and core AWS services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and developer tools.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and performing code reviews.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and solve architectural problems.
