What you will do

• Review product requirements and collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure full test coverage
• Design and execute detailed test cases for native mobile applications built in React Native (iOS and Android)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and platform-specific testing on iOS and Android
• Validate consumer-facing experiences, focusing on authentication, onboarding, and commerce-related flows
• Proactively investigate issues using logging tools like Sentry and collaborate on debugging efforts
• Participate in QA planning activities and provide input on risk areas and test coverage needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, specifically testing consumer-facing applications
• Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of platform-specific behaviors, UI/UX patterns, and constraints for iOS/Android
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices
• Experience in writing and executing detailed test cases
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools like Sentry, and ability to investigate issues through logs and error reports
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to modern automation tools or frameworks (Detox, Appium, Cypress, etc.)
• Familiarity with React Native, Firebase, Contentful CMS, Braze CRM, PostHog, MetaBase, PostgreSQL
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
