What you will do
- Execute assigned animation or technical tasks with precision and on time.
- Solve problems independently and present creative/technical solutions.
- Understand and follow the production pipeline from input to output.
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide them with professional guidance.
- Test new tools and workflows, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other divisions to help ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of production experience in the field of game cinematics.
- Deep understanding of animation principles.
- Experience in mocap-based animation detailing work and performance capture-based facial animation finaling work.
- Confident use of Maya or other professional animation software.
- Strong artistic skills in character animation.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple tools (e.g., MotionBuilder).
- Familiarity with real-time pipelines (Unreal Engine).
- Experience in technical knowledge sharing or training.
