What you will do
- Manage end-to-end AV service delivery, including order coordination, service requests, and invoicing.
- Act as the primary customer interface, leading meetings, managing agreements and SLAs, and handling product/contract queries.
- Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with vendors and overseeing subcontractor processes.
Requirements
- Working and thinking skills equivalent to a bachelor’s degree level.
- Experience with project-based service delivery in B2B environments.
- Technical skills combined with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in Finnish is required.
