What you will do

• Architect and execute performance-based SEO strategies combining technical, off-page, and on-page tactics with growth hacking.
• Lead the SEO division with clear roadmaps and OKRs aligned to business revenue targets.
• Design and implement programmatic SEO systems using LLMs and low-code automation to scale content and penetrate multilingual markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed SEO architectures ensuring scalability and indexability.
• Manage SEO budget and resource allocation balancing growth experiments and sustainable operations.
• Recruit and mentor a diverse SEO team fostering high performance and rapid experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO leadership in B2C Affiliate, Aggregator, or eCommerce environments with proven GMV growth.
• Deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO for large-scale multilingual architectures.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems for SEO using LLMs, APIs, and low-code tools.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams with mentorship and hands-on guidance.
• Advanced analytical skills with tools like Ahrefs, GSC, MixPanel, Python, and SQL.
• Strong financial modeling skills to forecast SEO outcomes and justify budgets.
• English: b2 proficiency required.
