What you will do

• Conceptualize and design branding materials including brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, and social media collaterals.
• Translate client needs and branding strategies into effective design strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Provide innovative design solutions and stay updated with latest design trends.
• Collaborate with clients, marketing, content creators, developers, and project managers to execute design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and foster creativity within the team.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Location: KA, India
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Experience in branding, marketing design, and digital asset creation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts covering different time zones.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or tech-related creative projects.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design.
• Knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, or web design tools.
