📍 Формат/working arrangement: office, full-time
✔️ Должность/position: AI Engineer
🏢 Место работы/workplace: Til-Qazyna – National Scientific and Practical Center
💸 Заработная плата/salary estimate: 600,000–800,000 KZT gross
📈 Обязанности/responsibilities:
- Build and optimize ML/DL models for text, speech, and OCR
- Work with transformers, LLMs, ASR/TTS, NLP pipelines
- Maintain and improve morphology, terminology, and OCR models
- Support deployment, monitoring, and integration
📌 Требования/requirements:
- Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
- Knowledge of ML/DL, Linux, Git, Docker
- 1+ year ML/AI/DS or strong academic portfolio
- Kazakh/Russian/English is a plus
- Knowledge of transformers, embeddings, NLP pipelines
- Familiarity with ASR/TTS, phonetics, or audio models
- Understanding of MLOps practices and model optimization
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, RLHF) is a plus
✅ Условия/working conditions:
- Office-based full-time role
- Work on national-scale NLP, Speech, and LLM projects
- 3–4 bonuses per year
- Additional payments for participation in other projects
